Bleazard & Galletta was appointed to lead the full conversion of a Grade II listed barn range, initially working with the private owner to develop scheme designs that maximised the site’s potential. We secured full planning and listed building consent before the project was acquired by a local developer. Working closely with both the developer and conservation officers, we delivered a sensitive and carefully detailed conversion that retained the building’s original character while providing high-quality residential spaces.
