Transforming a neglected bungalow into a high-end coastal retreat.
Bleazard & Galletta was involved from the outset in the transformation of this underutilised property in St Mawes. Through thoughtful design and careful navigation of a sensitive planning process, we successfully introduced a first floor — maximising sea views and significantly increasing the property’s value.
Now a high-end holiday let, the result is a modern coastal home that fits seamlessly into its sought-after surroundings.

A purpose-built facility for advanced automotive testing.
