Telford-based Bleazard & Galletta has been awarded ISO 9001 certification – demonstrating its commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Owners Martin Edwards and Neil Homer said they were delighted with the award, which recognises the standard of the firm’s quality management system.

Martin said: “Being awarded this certification demonstrates that Bleazard & Galletta has robust processes in place to deliver consistent quality, meet customer expectations and continually improve.

“The certification process focuses on customer satisfaction, leadership, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, so to have gained this standard is a fantastic achievement for our entire team.”

Neil added: “Certification is awarded through a completely independent process and marks a big vote of confidence in the way we do business here.

“This certification underpins everything that we do, delivering a high-quality service to our customers and ensuring that we remain competitive and focused on improvement at all times.”

ISO 9001 certification confirms an organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) meets the international standard for consistently providing products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The certification is valid for the next three years and subject to annual surveillance audits.
